I have good news on the muffin front! Someone gave me a suggestion, so I'm going to make strawberry cream muffins this week. I don't think my kids will like them, but Hubby's coworkers are always happy to gobble up homemade treats, so I've got that outlet if needed. Thanks for the suggestion, KD! I'm also going to make the oatmeal chocolate chip muffins this week. I'll let you know how they're received.

Supper:
- Baked ranch chicken tenders & veggies, salad
- Tacos, with taco toppings
- Bacon cheeseburger cauliflower casserole
- Angel hair with meat sauce, green beans, garlic toast
- Pizza, salad
- Hamburgers, with or without buns, chips, grilled broccoli
- Dutch style pigs in blankets (using the last of my stash from the freezer), carrots
- Chicken bundles (similar to this--make extra for freezer). broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
Other:
- Taco bean soup
- Oatmeal chocolate chip muffins
- Strawberry cream muffins
- Egg roll in a bowl
