Here's what's on the menu this week:
Supper:
- Tator tot casserole, bread, applesauce
- Grilled ham & cheese sandwiches (we're using our grill pan, but if you have a panini press, George Foreman grill, or waffle iron, feel free to use those), fresh pineapple, carrots
- Keilbasa & potatoes/Keilbasa & cauliflower stir fry (I make both, because some of us prefer potatoes, others prefer cauliflower, and while each recipe says it serves four, the serving size is not taking two teenage boys into account), green beans
- Fend for yourself/chili
- Bacon wrapped chicken, oven roasted brussels sprouts
- Pizza (crust, sauce), salad
- Grilled chicken, grilled green veggie, salad
- Pizza casserole, green beans
No other this week, not because I won't make anything else, but because I used up all of my menu planning energy on supper...
