Supper:
- Kielbasa & cauliflower stir fry and home fried kielbasa potatoes, green beans
- Spaghetti, garlic bread, green beans
- Deconstructed taco salad
- BBQ country style pork ribs, cole slaw, corn
- Ranch chicken skewers, salad
- Nachos, guacamole
- Brats or hot dogs, buns, chips, carrots, fresh fruit
- Beef stroganoff, green beans, applesauce
This year, I decided to automate breakfast and lunch for the kids during the summer, so it doesn't end up being snacks for lunch every day. I think lunches will be a bit more flexible, as we may need portable lunches on days other than Wednesday. But, at least it's a plan. We'll see if it lasts. Here's what I've got for that.
Breakfast & Lunch:
- Monday: Muffins, Mac-n-Cheese
- Tuesday: Tpancakes, Tacos
- Wednesday: Waffles, Wraps/sandwiches
- Thursday: Throw whatever together, Thfreezer food (chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, pizza)
- Friday: French toast/toast, Fend for yourself
