It feels like a busy week. That's probably because it is? Not sure.
One thing you can be sure of: regardless of how busy we become, we will continue to want to eat food. Here's what's on the menu this week.
Supper:
- Fend for yourself
- Nachos or tacos (depends on if I can find ripe avocados when I go to the grocery store)
- Italian sausage sheet pan meal
- Kielbasa and cauliflower stir fry, green beans
- Pizza, salad
- Grilled pork chops, grilled veggies, strawberry fluff, "special dessert"
- Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic toast, broccoli
Other:
- Granola (if the humidity allows)
- Brownies
- Big mac casserole
