Busy week this week, but I still wanted to take a couple of minutes to let you know what on the menu. So, without further ado:
Supper
-- Rice Burgler (a family recipe consisting of ground beef, browned, and mixed with whole grain brown rice and vegetables. It's a quick and easy one pot meal, filled with nutrition), applesauce
-- Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole (from the freezer--another one pot meal), mandarin oranges
-- Crescent Breakfast Casserole (one of my favs...breakfast for dinner. This one is simple and delicious: crescent rolls on the bottom, breakfast sausage, cheese, and egg. I can make it ahead of time, then just pour the egg mixture over when I'm ready to bake), strawberries
-- Spaghetti, green beans
-- MC's birthday meal (Pizza, of course!), salad, ice cream dessert
-- Out to eat
-- Mystery shopping date
Snacks/Other:
-- Toasty whole grain orange muffins
-- Chocolate peanut butter no bake cookie nests with jelly bean eggs
