I like it, the soup Hubby is making this week, but I haven't made it in ages, because it's a lot of work, and I found a new favorite that is so much easier (open can, dump in pot, repeat. Add seasonings. Stir. Simmer). I'm happy to let Hubby make it, though.
Supper:
- Grilled chicken skewers, grilled broccoli, salad
- Nachos, guacamole
- Baked garlic parmesan chicken, roasted cauliflower, salad
- Angel hair or zucchini noodles with meat sauce, green beans, grilled garlic bread
- Pizza or chicken crust pizza, salad
- Hamburgers with or without buns, carrots, chips
- Minestrone soup
Other:
- Homemade chewy granola bars
- Perfect granola bars
- Almond butter
- Homemade white chocolate macadamia nut "Clif" bars (modified from this recipe)
- Pizza sauce for canning
