I say this to prepare you for the fact that I'm a slacker during my kids' summer "break". I might publish some menus, but it certainly will not be every week, and maybe not at all. It'll be ok, though. I've got you covered--there are more than two years' worth of menus in the archives.
In the meantime, here's what's on the menu this week:
Supper:
- Texas jambalaya, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots, salad
- Tacos, tortillas, taco toppings, guacamole
- Out to eat
- Chicken tacos or mini pepper chicken nachos, tortillas, taco toppings, guacamole
- Texas toast garlic bread pizza, salad, fresh fruit
- Fajita chicken kabobs, salad, grilled cauliflower
- Hamburgers, with or without buns, salad, carrots, caramel apple salad
Other:
- Baked oatmeal (or, as my girl Lisa's kids call it: oatmeal cake)
- Fitabulous clean eating muffins
- Chocolate peanut energy bites
- Honey whole wheat bread
- Taco seasoned beef & turkey
