Of course, there's a very real possibility that I won't feel like cooking, but, for now, let's be optimistic. Here's what's on the menu this week.
Supper:
- Hot beef sandwiches, 30 minute rolls, salad, cooked carrots
- Grilled chicken tacos, tortillas, taco toppings
- Spicy sausage pasta, green beans
- Pizza or chicken crust pizza, salad
- Out to eat
- Nachos, guacamole
- Grilled strip steak, mashed potatoes, corn, salad
- Italian herbed chicken & mozzarella melts, grilled French bread, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
Other:
- Chocolate peanut butter "Clif" bars (from this recipe)
- Chocolate chip mini muffins
- Taco bean soup
