I have a super busy week this week--well, super busy Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday--so I'll get right to it.
Here's what's on the menu this week:
Supper:
- Brats or hot dogs (taco bean or chicken rice soup for me), grilled asparagus, caramel apple salad (but we're down to one apple, so this might be caramel apple-grape salad. Do you think that would taste good?)
- Zuppa Toscana, rolls, spinach
- Grilled chicken caesar salad (we use ranch dressing instead of caesar), garlic bread, grilled green veg
- Kielbasa cauliflower stir fry, applesauce
- Hamburgers with or without buns, chips, caramel apple-grape salad, corn
- Nachos with taco toppings, guacamole
- Grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes, grilled green veggie, applesauce
- Lasagna soup, salad, garlic toast
Other:
- Double chocolate friendship bread (yes! The yeasties are out of hibernation)
- Chocolate chip graham cracker muffins
- Pizza sauce for canning (I didn't get to this last week)
